Website Revamp
Kadeka was in need of a revamp of their website. While the old website was functional - it lacked clarity and was too focused on just one type of product which was their wine chillers.
The revamp had one main focus - which was to show that Kadeka is a lifestyle brand that sells more than just wine chillers. The ultimate goal was to create a website that can accommodate Kadeka's future goals of selling a wide range of kitchen products.
I was in charge of the overall art direction and design of the website. I also worked closely with the developer for this web revamp.

The revamped website features a fresh design aesthetic, characterized by a switch from a black background to a white one. This deliberate alteration has effectively enhanced the overall brand identity, aligning it more closely with Kadeka's vision of becoming a lifestyle brand that enriches the lives of its customers.
Wine chillers were sectioned into each of their series - Signature, Medley and Steel.
Specially curated food and wine recipes.
We dedicated a distinct page on our website exclusively for Kadeka Commercial, catering specifically to our valued B2B clients.This section provides comprehensive specifications and detailed information about our products, presented in a clear and concise manner.
To enhance user experience and facilitate product discovery, we have introduced a set of meticulously designed icons that represent the diverse range of products offered by Kadeka. These icons serve as visual cues, allowing visitors to quickly identify and navigate through various product categories.
Challenges Faced
Conclusion
The remote collaboration with a developer presented significant challenges as face-to-face meetings were not possible, leading to difficulties in effectively conveying my ideas. Which resulted in a delay
of the project timeline.
However, this experience taught me valuable lessons for smoother communication in such circumstances. To mitigate miscommunication, I learned to employ simple animations or visual representations to precisely illustrate my desired outcomes.
Additionally, I recognized the importance of regular interaction and established a weekly call session to review progress updates. This proactive approach facilitated real-time discussions, enabling prompt clarification of any uncertainties and fostering a stronger working relationship.
Undertaking this project was a significant milestone in my professional journey, encompassing a broad spectrum of learning and valuable experiences. From meticulous research to conceptualizing the overarching direction and design of the entire website, every step contributed to my growth and expertise.
